Individual Supported Employment:
Matching job seekers and community employers. Once a job has been assessed and found to be appropriate for the individual, Endeavor staff assists in learning techniques such as job tasks, work place behavior etc… Each person is different in their needs and abilities. Endeavor provides individualized support.

Representative Payee:
We provide payee services to individuals who receive social security benefits. We help in organizing financial needs for individuals and lessening the burden of paying ones bills.

Community Access:
To qualify you have to be a person with a Developmental Disability, over the age of 62 and retired from work or too fragile to work at this time.
This service is to provide social independence goals such as developing relationships with people that share your interests and activities and to explore new interests and activities out in the community.

Intensive Case Management:
This is a service to help individuals who have difficulty completing paperwork for housing, food assistance, medical and grocery shopping.

Family Support/Pass-through
This is a service that is provided for families who have dependants who are disabled, receiving DDD services. Payment is made according to DDD caseworkers instructions, for such services as medical equipment & expenses, specialized clothing, respite care. Endeavor Resources is reimbursed by DDD for this service.
