Endeavor Resources is a non-profit organization. We work with businesses in Mason and Thurston County to help them employ individuals with developmental disabilities, who have traditionally been excluded from the workplace. We call this supported employment. Our agency provides a job coach, with no cost to the business. We work with the business’s trainer to help us identify the way their jobs are done naturally. We then assist the business with training their new employee. We stay on the job until the new employee is comfortable on the job. We then provide the business with on going support by way of period regular visits or by phone.
We look beyond the traditional boundaries when exploring opportunities for our jobseekers. We believe in customizing employment to match the skills and conditions of employment for our jobseekers.
